Last few months have been packed with various events and we would like to thank each and everyone of you for your continuous support and involvement in our events.
We successfully celebrated Mahaveer Swami Nirvana Mahotsav and Diwali at SJM on Sunday November 11th. Along with all religious activities and Nirvana Ladoo, we saw great participation in the Jain Arts Competition by kids and adults alike. We would like to once again thank all participants, organizers and judges for the event as we witnessed some wonderful works of art and creativity.
SJM then presented all the volunteers who support us through out the year with small token of our appreciation. We would like to once again thank all the amazing members who help in smooth functioning at SJM.
Finally we had our AGM at SJM on Sunday November 25th where we presented our financial statement for FY 2017.
Kitchen Volunteers and Pooja Sponsorship Availability:
We thank all volunteers and generous donors for their involvement in SJM activities. Please respond to this email if you would like to sign up for Kitchen volunteering or Pooja sponsorship. Pooja sponsorship donation -
$201 for regular Sunday
$501 for special celebrations such as Mahaveer Janma Kalyanak, Jal yatra, Mahaveer Nirvan Kalyanak, Mandir anniversary and Padmavati Mata Sthapna anniversary. We welcome multiple sponsors.
Electronic Donation receipts in Email:
Starting January 1st 2019 donation receipts will be sent electronically through emails. Please continue to provide correct email address while making donation. Please note that back dated receipts would not be available with the online system so please contact Ashish Shah and Vijay Jain for any specific questions about the upcoming changes.

Vijay Jain unveiled annual calendar for 2019 at SJM - Please note that based on public demand we have decided to have 1 Vidhaan every quarter/season now at SJM details can be seen in the calendar images below at the end of the email.

Please note that on the days of Vidhaan, Abhishek will be begin at 10am. It is recommended that when you participate in vidhaan, please take yathaskati niyam, keep ekasan/upvaas, do jaap and participate in abhishek, puja to take full dharmlaabh of vidhaan. This calendar should help you plan your events accordingly.
