DAVIDSON COUNTY - NOVEMBER
The average price at which single family homes sold remained relatively flat in November at $374,554, compared to $378,564 during the same period last year. However, despite the holiday season, we saw an increase in the number of homes listed by sellers (110 more), as well as an increase in the number of homes buyers placed under contract (71 more), as compared to last November. The average number of days a home was on the market in Davidson County was 35 days - 4 days longer than during the same month one year ago.
The average price at which condos sold increased by 9% or $23,962, compared to last November. More condos sold this November compared to last. More condos were listed on the market this November compared to last, and more condos went under contract in November 2018, than in November one year ago. The average days on market for condos increased by 19 days.
WILLIAMSON COUNTY - NOVEMBER
In Williamson County for November, the average price at which single family homes sold was $608,714, compared to $569,973 for the same month last year - an increase of almost 7%. This November homes sold for approximately 95% of the average list price and averaged 44 days on the market, an increase of 9 days from November 2017.
The average price at which Williamson County condos sold in November remained flat compared to last year at $284,630, despite a reduction of approximately $25,000 in the average list price, year on year. Average days on market for condos increased from 29 days last November to 41 days this November. The number of condos sold year on year remained flat.
