December 2018
My front yard.
It seems I've hit my second Saturn return.
Every 29.5 years, Saturn returns to the same position it was in when you were born. It's a major life cycle thing, a crossroad. The next time I complete a Saturn return cycle I'll be 89. That's food for thought.

The trip I took to Nepal in October brought it all home to me very clearly. I was 29 the first time I went to Nepal and now I'm 56. Both trips were epic for me. I super really incredibly viscerally feel like a humungous major epic cycle is winding down. Finishing.

All I want to do is NOTHING.

And what about you? It's December and here in the Northern Hemisphere, when life hibernates for the winter.

That means sleeping. Resting. Not doing.

Whether you feel your life can allow you some deep rest time now or not, consider that if you don't feel like doing a damn thing (like me!!), it just might be your animal intelligence nudging you sweetly to take some regular naps and consider whether you really truly need to go to ALL the holiday parties or buy EVERYONE gifts. Look that responsible, in-the-matrix voice in the eye and say, "REALLY???"

Maybe just go to the parties that nourish you and give gifts (perhaps non-purchased ones even) to those you really want to give gifts to.
And include yourself, of COURSE.

The seeds of my offerings for 2019 are gestating. I have some twinkles in my eyes for new things coming. Good things. Stay tuned. Read my December blog.

And meanwhile, for now, let's rest.

Cozy white blankets that sparkle in sun on everything,
Kinde
