Welcome to this jam-packed informative update from
THE SETH HOUSE

We are growing by leaps and bounds!
We recently overhauled our WEBSITE to include
all of the exciting news and recent developments.

There's so much report, so let's start with answering
some questions that many of you have been asking.

WHAT IS "THE SETH HOUSE?"

THE SETH HOUSE is an apartment building in Elmira, New York, USA. But not just any apartment building. This is the place where Jane Roberts & Robert Butts lived from 1960-1975. This is the place where Jane channeled most of the Seth Books, including “Seth Speaks”.

It's a very special building in the hearts and minds of Seth Readers around the world.

Strange as it may seem, however, today this building is a shabby mess.

The picture at the top of this email only begins to hint at the disrepair it has fallen into. We have many pictures on the Website that will lend insight to the irony of how this very place where so much important information was brought to us could now be called, at best a "fixer upper", at worst it's an eyesore. This has to change.

SO NOW - A dedicated group of Seth Readers in Elmira NY are trying to purchase and preserve this building so that it can become a public place for all to enjoy, and to honor it as the birthplace of the Seth Books.

HAVE YOU MADE ANY RECENT REPAIRS TO THE BUILDING?

Four months ago we were able to rent the actual apartment where Jane and Rob lived for 15 years until 1975. It took a lot of work to clean and beautify it. A lot of love has gone into this place. Now we are reading the Seth Books in the very place they were dictated. The energy is amazing. Tingles and tears.

THIS IS ALL LEGAL AND LEGIT, RIGHT?

Absolutely! The folks working on this project filed for legal 501(c)(3) Non-Profit status so that the building will be preserved the right way forevermore. The paperwork is nearly complete.

They are now able to receive donations as a corporate entity located in the state of New York. Just awaiting completion of a few final papers from US Gov & IRS. But they are a legitimate legal entity and can receive contributions to continue the work and pay the bills.

There are intelligent and capable people involved who will guide this project forward beautifully. We just need the community support of financial contributions to continue.

When we raise enough money, the 501(c)(3) Non-Profit will purchase the building. Then we can take the building improvements to the next level. We have a good relationship with the current owner who is ready to sell it to us as soon as we have the funds. We're taking it one step at a time. With your financial support we can do so much.

WHEN CAN WE VISIT "THE SETH HOUSE"?

We hope to open the building for visitors to enjoy sometime in the coming new year. There is much to do, but everything is moving in the right direction. Until opening day, however, we must respect the privacy of the current residents, so we cannot have any unexpected visitors at this time.

Of course we are asking for your donations, but even more than that, we need your Sethiness. This mission is not only about a legendary house. It's about human consciousness itself and our collective journey into greater awareness. Pretty big stuff, huh?

The very nature of the Seth Books gets right to the heart of enhancing the human experience, while also informing us that we are so much more than this one human experience.

Seth's work is about teaching us who we really are on a deeper level, and what we're truly capable of. That’s what this place needs to be about - Promoting what Seth taught us, exploring the nature of our own being, and the other dimensions of reality of which he spoke.
