Speaking of next billion-dollar startups—with a new round led by Sequoia, this 30 Under 30's analytics company, Amplitude, just reached an $850 million valuation.

For the 2019 30 Under 30 Food & Drink honorees business smarts have never tasted so good. The trends: plant-based everything, CPG revamp and alternative energy products.

All of which can potentially be delivered by 23-year-old Alex Rodrigues' industry-leading fleet of self-driving trucks.
