The Long Island Health Collaborative Meeting is next week on Thursday, December 13th!
We hope you are available to attend our last meeting of 2018! Please register for the meeting via Eventbrite. The agenda will be sent out next week.

During the first half of the meeting, the PHIP team will give an overview of our newest thematic report "Obesity in the Long Island Region",  announce 2019 meeting dates and give an update on the progress of current LIHC projects.

For the second half of the meeting, members will be given the opportunity to participate in a session of the LGBTQ Health Awareness Training presented by LGBTQ Consortium member Mila Madison, Director of The Transgender Resource Center of Long Island. This additional module to the CCHL training has been in the works for the past year. We encourage members to stay for the training and look forward to your feedback!

Please email Pascale at pfilsaime@nshc.org if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you next week!
