FELD West End Village
The group had a vision and strategy meeting in November at City Hall. A lot of exciting ideas resulted! The next meeting will be held on January 15 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. If you would like to learn more about this emerging village, contact: nonny62@verizon.net or Trish Evans 240-314-8807.

King Farm Neighbors Village
 The King Farm Neighbors Village has conducted an outreach to expand its Board of Directors and add volunteers to its various committees with the goal of beginning to provide services in 2019!  For more information, contact: KFNVinfo@gmail.com.

The village meets the 1st Sunday of each month at 3:00 p.m. at the Pump House located on 401 South Horners Lane. All East Rockvilleans are welcome!

In partnership with the Twinbrook Citizen's Assocation, the village will sponsor a potluck supper on Sunday, January 13 at 4:30p.m. Twinbrook Community Center 12920 Twinbrook Parkway.

Helpful Village Presentation 
The presentation includes an overview of the company’s vision and an interactive demo of the online platform that is designed for Executive Directors and Board Members. The focus will be on showing how easy-to-use technology can help manage village functions.  In addition to desktop, mobile, and tablet technologies, Helpful Village will demo a recently added feature: Villagers can now talk to their Village using Amazon Alexa.There will be a Q&A at the end.

                         Help a Neighbor in Need

There are opportunities to volunteer when others who may not be able to clear snow need some help. Many seniors depend on the help of volunteers. If you can help, call the Senior Center and center officials will work to pair you with a senior in need of help in your neighborhood. Call 240-314-8810.
