View this email in your browser
The holiday season is a time for connecting with family and loved ones as well as a time of generosity and giving. We want to express to you our own deep gratitude for the growing community of incredible people in the iBme community — teens, young adults, parents, teachers, facilitators, donors, and many others — who believe in the importance of a saner, more compassionate way to live and engage with each other.

Wishing for us all a world of joy, love, and the simplicity of being.

It’s hard to imagine a more healing and enriching experience than what iBme offers to teens during their residential retreats. The combo of meditation, group sharing, outdoor fun—all in a safe, loving container—is the recipe for transformational magic.

iBme Scholarships
making it possible

At iBme, no one is turned away due to lack of funds. More than 75% of teen retreatants and participants in our Mindfulness Teacher Training receive a scholarship of some kind. This is made possible only by the incredible generosity and support from the community. With gratitude for those who have already contributed — we invite everyone to consider making a donation (of any size) to iBme. Lives will be changes as a result.

Just wanted to say THANKS for starting iBme. The teens are freaking amazing and the transformation was nothing like anything I’ve ever witnessed. There was literally one girl who spent the first couple of days crying, unsure of her self, scrunching up her body in ways to make herself literally smaller, and ended up giving a motivational speech in front of 50 people, moving with confidence, in touch with who she was underneath the pain.

So grateful to be part of the process. Such amazing, heart opening, awareness expanding work. Wow. Deep bow to you.

—Dan V., teacher trainee program graduate and summer teen retreat mentor

Are you surprised by how angry you get with your children? Do you promise yourself that you won’t yell or threaten…and then do it anyway? Do you lose your temper when your kids are misbehaving, especially when you think other people are watching?
