Our Menu was created using the influence and joy of the Christmas season:
Warm Passed Canape's with welcome cocktail
Flaky Phyllo Pastry filled with Ricotta Cheese and Spinach
Cavatelli Pasta with Prosciutto, Roasted red peppers, in a Parmesan cream sauce
10 hour braised Beef short ribs with a Forty Creek Whisky BBQ glaze served with Garlic mashed and Root vegetables, accompanied by a family style salad
Red Velvet & White Chocolate cheesecake
