A Pause to Begin Again.

I am not a fan of phrases like "Sprinting to the Finish" or "Ending Well". Although true in some respects, they do conjure images of finality. The year end does signal a completion of a calendar year. But it also starts the beginning of a new period. A time of renewal.

A pause is always a good thing. An opportunity to recharge and prepare to begin again. I trust you will have that opportunity to pause, to relax and prepare to begin again.

I am taking a very brief hiatus on posting articles to focus on our webinar series which we will commence early in 2019. Until then I hope you visit wireprocess.info to review our existing articles including those that are featured here.

We are ready to "begin again" with new material that we hope will help your organization. Next year will be even better than 2018.

The pathway to quality improvement and lasting quality performance is a completely trained workforce. Understanding a worker's role in product quality is a critical step.
