Thanks to Kelli & Mike Soika for sharing their inspirational stories about living in two different cohousing groups. Wow! They had us yearning for our own intentional community here in Houston.  We had lots of first time visitors among the 30 people who attended. Please come again and bring a friend. We are gaining attention. The Chronicle sent a writer and photographer to learn what we're all about. Watch for Cohousing Houston in the news.   Everybody is welcome on the 1st Wednesday of the month. The more the merrier.   We want our community to grow.  We're now working with a broker to buy a site, so don't be left out. Ask how you can become a member.  Be a part of the first cohousing group in Texas. Here are some stats on our social media presence and activities; consistent monthly meetings, working with our consultant and hired a broker to help search for our site. It's coming. The Cohousing Association of the US is teaming up with our cohousing professionals to bring people together to talk about cohousing. Each WebChat is a zoom call open to all. The presenter shares 10-15 minutes on a named topic and then answers questions from participants about the topic or other topics within the presenter's expertise. Past WebChats are recorded.
