In the coming weeks, the Council will consider officially entering into an agreement with the Utah Transit Authority to provide expanded bus service within the City along key routes. This agreement sets the framework for City-sponsored transit service, with yearly check-ins to refine service levels. The Transit Master Plan and service priorities are based on feedback already received, but now the Council wants to know what other transit improvements you want to see in Salt Lake City. Your input informs the City’s current discussions and future negotiations with UTA.
