Pets roaming in the neighborhood.
Please make yourself familiar with the covenants and rules for
Hidden Hills regarding our pets.

SECTION I0 of Covenants : Livestock, Poultry and Pets. No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any Lot, except the keeping of dogs, cats or caged birds as domestic pets provided that it shall not become a nuisance and is not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purposes. Any household pet shall be allowed on the Common Area only as may be specified under reasonable rules promulgated therefor by the Board of Directors of the Association. Pets shall be fenced, leashed or attached at all times and shail be registered with the proper authority, licensed and inoculated as may be required by law.

Annual Assessment

The Board met on November 13th to review the 2019 budget. We are pleased to announce that our assessment will remain the same for calendar year 2019 at $368.00. Invoices are being prepared and will be mailed out by December 15th. Members who pay in full during the month of January may take an early payment discount of $30.00 The discount is not allowed if payment is received on or after February 1, or if you pay in installments, (January and July). A $75 late fee is assessed on past due assessments.

Christmas Decorating Contest

Decorating for Halloween was so much fun, the Board has decided to sponsor another contest for Christmas.
Feel free to share your photos on Social Media, or nominate yourself or your neighbors by emailing the Association

The Hidden Hills Annual Meeting takes place each January. Nine residents are elected to serve on a one-year basis to manage and administer the Association's affairs. A neighborhood as large as Hidden Hills requires community input and participation to be effective. For information, please contact:

Covenants

Many residents chose to live in Hidden Hills because of our covenants. Strong covenants are important and we should all strive to abide by them. Strictly enforced covenants hel retain property values and enhance our quality of life.
Generally speaking, most residents respect and abide by our covenants.

When covenants are violated, a letter is mailed to the household to make the owner aware of the problem. If there is a question regarding the validity of a violation, the recipient should contact the HOA office
