The concert will include the World Premiere of CPP staff pianist and composer Kevin Garnica’s new composition “Double Klondike” (performed by Vernon Snyder and Yafei Lin), the US Premiere of Nimrod Borenstein’s “Scenes of Ballet” for 4 pianists, CPP professor Isaac Schankler’s “Happy Song for Sad Baby” for 3 toy pianos, Adam Schoenberg’s “Bounce” for 2 pianos, George Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue”, Tom Flaherty’s “Time’s Up” for 10 pianists, and other powerful works. Some of the composers will be in attendance and will introduce their pieces.

Please encourage your students to attend, it will be a unique and wonderful event! I hope to see you there!
