Opportunities

Invitation for students to apply to Syracuse University Sociology PhD
Students and McNair Scholars can apply to our PhD program in Sociology. Syracuse University’s Department of Sociology is part of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, a unique interdisciplinary school of social sciences. Our program offers graduate students four years of funding, annual travel funding, and many opportunities for research, teaching, and professional development. In an effort to recruit and support a diverse graduate student body, Syracuse University waives the application fee for all McNair Scholars.

MSRP General Application Now Open!
Know someone who would benefit from the MIT Summer Research Program General(MSRPg)? Let them know we are now accepting applications! MSRPg seeks to promote the value of graduate education; to improve the research enterprise through increased diversity; and to prepare and recruit the best and brightest for graduate education at MIT. Summer Opportunities: Public Health Edition

UM-SMART Undergraduate Summer Program
UM-SMART is designed for undergraduate students who are potentially interested in obtaining a combined MD/ Ph.D. degree leading to a career in academic medicine focused on basic research relevant to human disease. This program may help you decide if this is the right career for you, and could enhance your competitiveness when applying to MD/PhD programs. Cornell Diversity Preview Weekend 2019 is still seeking applicants

The third annual Graduate Student Diversity Preview Weekend will be held from March 7-10, 2019. Participant housing and meals will be provided, as well as up to $600 in travel expenses. Applications are sought from students that are interested in applying for graduate school during the 2019-2020 application cycle. If you have any questions, please email inclusivecornell@gmail.com.
