Opening The Mind

An open mind includes body, speech, and mind. Opened body, speech, and mind means loosened. All of them are relaxing; there’s no tightness or any fence or border between them—we are really freed. Feel that wholeness of the body, speech, and mind together—full focus and fullness of one’s own being.

Openness does not mean to give up all your power or autonomy to others. However, you are opened in a bigger way toward the whole universe in order to work with others positively in the situations you encounter. Another way to say this is that you should approach things with an open heart-mind that gives you a wider, more spacious environment where you feel less fear and have greater focus.
