Winter Programs Start Saturday, Dec. 1

Novice Sculling: Tuesday $ Thursday 6:30-8:00 am

  • Stay on the water this winter and improve technical skills. This group is great for people coming out of LTR or returning to the water after a break.

Mixed Training: Tuesday & Thrusday 6:30-8:00 pm

  • Join Theresa Batty and Amy Hildebrandt on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Weather permitting, Theresa will take a group on the water. Amy will always run a workout in the gym.
Strength Training: Monday & Thursday 5:30-6:30 am
  • Join Rob Foreman in the gym to build your overall endurance.
Saturday Rowing 8:30-10:30 am
  • Also known as Mixed Masters, join Brooke McCulloch for Saturday morning rows. Open to all skill levels.
Free Classes
Erging with Evan and Tyler: Wednesday 6:00-7:00 am STARTS 12/5
Erging with Rachel: Friday 5:30-6:30 am STARTS 12/14
*You can register for these classes to guarantee yourself an erg. Everyone is welcome to join in, depending on equipment availability.
Winter Class Passes

Annual 20 Class Pass – $300Attend up to 20 classes in a year
Winter Unlimited Pass – $225: Attend an unlimited number of classes.
Winter 2x/Week Pass – $170: Attend up to 25 classes, or two classes a week.
Winter Saturday Pass – $110: Attend Winter Mixed Training on Saturdays.
Private Rowing Lesson –  $80: Hire one of our expert coaches for a private lesson.

In the Gym
Training 1x/Week $70: Attend one land-based training classes with Rob a week.
Training 2x/Week $140Attend two land-based training classes with Rob a week.
Personal Land-Based Training –  $80: Hire one of our trainers for a session.

Drop in fees are available for land and water programs for $15.
