Cortical Field Re-Education is a system of healing through learning that increase attention and heightens perception. This new kinesthetic input communicates to the nervous system what it is habitually doing out of awareness and creates effective lasting change.

This gentle movement workshop will teach you how to recognize and rewire physical and behavioral patterns for pain-free function and pleasure.

The New Beginnings Center is proud to announce Aletheia Regier as our Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program Director! Aletheia has piloted both our teen DBT group and RO-DBT group (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and is one of under a dozen clinicians who is certified in RO-DBT in the state of California. Aletheia has also facilitated our standard DBT group for two years as of January, and has led numerous trainings and individual mentorship in the development of our now thriving DBT Program.
