The PRA Face-to-Face meeting for August is upon us and we have a very cool twist to our meeting.
We will be meeting in the gravel parking lot, just west of the Douglas County Library, Mainstreet, Parker. This is our inaugural, “Mobile Show-n-Tell”.
Meeting times are the same:
6:30PM Meet-n-Greet,
7:00PM Business Meeting
7:30PM Mobile Show-n-Tell
Bring your vehicle and show off your radio(s) installation, mobile antenna(s) installation and the all-important wiring. And another 1st for the PRA, we will have food and drinks starting at 6:45PM (just look for the tents).
In addition, there will be some tables available for conventional Show-n-Tell, also. Bring your go kit and set it up, bring your QRP rigs, your built kits, or anything to show off.
Stay as late as you want because they can’t run us out at 8:45pm. Please be sure to bring personal chairs.
Three notes:
1. When parking we will have someone point you in the right direction, then please make sure you leave enough space between your vehicle and the next vehicle so all doors can swing open fully.
2. No alcohol or smoking please.
3. Also we need several volunteers to: A) pick up the food, B) bring some coolers with water, C) help set-up at 5:45-6:00 on the night of the event, D) provide ez-up tents/canopies.

Last, but not least, to ensure we have an appropriate amount of food procured, please reply to this invitation with your headcount. Please, only one headcount response per family. This must be received by 9AM Friday, August 16th.
For food arrangements, the PRA is asking for a donation of $4.00 per person to help offset costs.
