Let Us Go, Bro.

We made it to Phu Quoc, Vietnam. It's a small island south of the mainland and is a spot that we have heard of for about 6 months. We are really excited to take it all in for 8 days. The trip getting here took longer than expected as Cambodia Air made the decision to HOLD US HOSTAGE (exaggerating a little) and not allow us to board our flight from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh City.

► Here's the lesson: Be sure to have your FULL NAME exactly as it appears on ALL documentation (airline tickets, visa requests, etc.). I made the mistake of only having Nikki's Middle initial on our visa letter for Vietnam so the Cambodia airline would not let us fly. In the end, we would have been okay because I had representation meeting us at the gate from the company I used, but they didn't want to hear that. 8 hours later and new documents email, they allowed us to board a different flight. Be sure to watch for that.

► Cambodia was a fun visit, and we are looking forward to sharing that podcast next week. Angkor Wat has been high on my bucket list for a while based on all of the history and how it lines up with other mystical sites around the world mathematically described in this short video. Be careful, it might blow your mind. I've watched it several times.

► I was featured on probably my most noteworthy podcast interview to date based on his following - The Creative Life with James Taylor. Although it is titled, The Anthony Bourdain of Barbershops, we get into other topics besides the new series. You can find my other recent interviews links on our website.

► In this week’s podcast episode, we talk about Beautiful Bali, Indonesia (4 Weeks in Travel Paradise).

We had the luxury of spending four fantastic weeks in Bali, Indonesia. It was a location that was highly anticipated on our journey as we heard stories from other travelers and had seen its beauty in the movies several times. To be in Bali long enough that we found our favorite places to eat, where to work out, and get used to the daily scooter lifestyle was great. We took a couple of fun day trips, met several kind locals, and found out why people consider Bali ‘Heaven on Earth’.

Can't believe that December is right around the corner. Unbelievable how fast this year has gone.

Hope all is going well with you as the holidays approach.
