Dear Friend,
I cannot thank you enough for all the work you've put into our fundraising efforts over the past few weeks. We're still analyzing the results of our Giving Tuesday efforts, but so far we're seeing some great retention, donors increasing their gifts, and new donors coming to the VOW community. These successes simply wouldn't be possible without your efforts.
You no longer have to conduct any outreach to your networks or the folks on your list, but we will be leaving your fundraising pages up during the month of December in case anyone still wants to make a donation to your page through the end of the year.
I will be in touch within the next few days to ask about anyone on your list who has not yet given, so that we can strategize on how staff can reach out to them during the month of the December (i.e., via letter, phone call, email, etc.). I'll also just generally want to hear about how your outreach went - who responded, who you actually got to connect with, if any phone numbers or emails were invalid, etc.
Again, thank you so much. I know you're all extremely busy, and I'm so grateful for the time you devote to Voice of Witness.
