Trench Day

Join us for our annual Trench Day on January 19th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., an intimate beer festival held every year in January to celebrate the release of our Mariana Trench® Imperial Stout. This 10% alcohol by volume stout is brewed with cocoa and vanilla to round out the heft of dark roasted malts used to craft this award-winning beer. Mariana Trench won Gold in the Imperial Stout category at the 2014 Best Florida Beer Competition, BeerAdvocate magazine said “Mariana Trench holds our taste buds firm and slaps them around with roasted lushness,” and the Palm Beach Post declared it the Beer of the Year in 2015.

During the three hour event, guests will be able to sample over 30 different beers; from the return of beers we haven’t brewed in years, to new beers that may never see a draft line again. In addition, attendees will receive a 22oz bottle of Mariana Trench® Imperial Stout, and be first to access limited bottle runs of Java Mariana Trench Imperial Stout, Oaked Mariana Trench Imperial Stout, and bottles of a French Toast Mariana Trench Imperial Stout.

Only 300 tickets will be available for this intimate beer event. Tickets allow access to unlimited sampling of all beers poured on site from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Savoury Eats Kitchen will be serving up delicious food for attendees, available a la carte.

This is a 21 and older event. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter. No pets, sorry fido!

Science on Tap

Drink beer and learn something interesting on December 13th at 7 p.m. as we host another incredible Science on Tap event, with celebrity speaker Ron Magill of Zoo Miami! 

Magill will be at our brewery to share his stories about Conservation Adventures from Tropical America to Africa.

Admission is free, however seating is limited, so please arrive early. The presentation begins at 7 p.m. and runs approximately 30 minutes followed by Q&A.


Magill has worked with wildlife for over 35 years and has had the privilege of having “hands-on” experience with a tremendous variety of animals. As Zoo Miami’s “Goodwill Ambassador”, he has made frequent television appearances on many programs including, “National Geographic Explorer”, the Discovery Networks, the “Today Show”, “Good Morning America”, “The Late Show ”, “CBS’ This Morning”, “Dateline” and “CNN”.

Ron has also been a regular guest on several Spanish language television programs including international hits “Sabado Gigante” and “Despierta America”. In addition, he has written and produced many wildlife articles and award-winning photographs that have appeared in publications and galleries around the world.

He has traveled extensively throughout Africa, India and Tropical America while developing and directing conservation projects and Emmy Award winning documentaries focusing on the wildlife of those regions.

December is packed full of incredible beers that will be available on draft, in cans, and at bars and restaurants across South Florida. 

Poinsettias and Palm Trees
Brut Cranberry Ale - 5% ABV
This easy drinking beer is brewed with a dry finish and is festively decorated with the addition of real cranberries. It's a holiday beer that will pair perfectly with a warm South Florida Christmas! Available in 12oz cans and on draft beginning December 11th.

Nun With A Chainsaw
India Pale Ale with Amarillo, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops - 7% ABV
Our infamous IPA is back! Originally brewed and fermented while hurricane Irma blew through Florida, this beer is named after one nun in Miami who made it her mission to clear debris. This is our tribute to those who had to do what's necessary in the face of adversity. We expect Nun With A Chainsaw to be available in mid December.

Chocolate Peppermint Stout
Milk Stout with Peppermint - 5.6% ABV
What's more festive than candy canes? How about a milk stout brewed with the bold flavors of peppermint? We're tapping Chocolate Peppermint Stout on December 21st, just in time for your Christmas weekend festivities. Make sure to enjoy it on draft in our taproom, or take a crowler home with you to share among family and friends.
