It is time to start planning your business's New Year's Resolutions for 2018
Now is the time to reflect and evaluate how this year went and take action to see more growth next year. Here are 5 tips to set up success for the coming year:
1. Check in With Your Customers
Your customers are the focus of your business. Every action taken, every campaign run is aimed at helping alleviate a pain point. It is important to check in with your customers to make sure you are providing the solutions needed. We will be sending out a customer satisfaction survey early in the New Year. Your feedback is important.
2. Reflect on the Year
Look at your campaigns and your financial reports and figure out what has worked and what hasn’t. Every social media post, every direct mail piece, every email campaign needs to do something! We try not to bombard you with too many posts but you can keep a more regularly check on what we are up to by following us on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
3. Strategy Planning
Through collating feedback from customers and analyzing KPI's , and reviewing what has worked and what needs improvement, it is time to strategise. Should we keep an eye out for new market opportunities? Are our customers are looking at competitors? Do we offer everything needed?
4. Create Your Budget
No matter the size of your business, you need to create a budget. Look at past budgets and expenses, to begin to develop next year’s overall budget. What shall we invest? What technology do we need to adopt or upgrade? We are always looking to reinvest into Adcutech to improve work effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Act on Your Improvements
With a strategy in place and a budget to support it, we can start to make improvements, just in time for 2018! We will communicate throughout the year as we implement our continuous improvement strategies.
