The 40 Under 40 Young Women Professionals Award was developed by Demoiselle 2 Femme, NFP to honor and recognize young women who are rising leaders or who have already demonstrated success in their field.

The award ceremony serves as the official induction into our 40 Under 40 Young Women Professionals League (YWPL). YWPL is a philanthropic initiative for women ages 25-39. Our mission is to build a network of young professional women who support the holistic development of future leaders through the conduits of leadership development, service, philanthropy, and sisterhood. 

The 40 Under 40 Young Women Professionals League is pivotal because not only is it an honor but it is also a call-to-action to build the capacity of young women ages 18 -24 currently seeking workforce development training or pursuing post-secondary degrees who are often first generation college students. Thier efforts as a YWPL Member will assist with scholarships, care packages, training, and other resources to support the educational and economic equity of the next generation of young women leaders. Accepting this award is an invitation for women to be a catalyst for impacting the lives of our future trailblazers.
