NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
PARK ORCHARDS FOOTBALL CLUB
In accordance with the Rules of the Association Park Orchards Football Club, notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting for 2016-17 of the Park Orchards Football Club, as follows:
Date: Monday 11th December 2017.
Location: Function Rooms, Domeney Reserve, Knees Road, Park Orchards
Time: 8.00pm Sharp
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be to:
a) To confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting and of any general meeting held since that meeting
b) To receive the financial report for the last preceding financial year ending 31st October 2017
c) To elect officers and ordinary members of the Committee
d) To conduct any special business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Rules of the Association.
