Whitney Farmstead December Newsletter
Hello from Malaika and Matthew at Whitney Farmstead. We hope you all are well and looking forward to winter, as we are. Our winter begins with Felting Season and ends with Sap Season. Maple trees need a good cold and snowy winter to produce ample sap in the Spring, so in the name of Maple Syrup, please keep your fingers crossed that we have a good ol' traditional winter ahead of us. Meanwhile here are a few tidbits we have going on in December:
Homegrown Hand Sheared and Felted
Icelandic Sheep Wool Goods

- Custom Mittens and Insoles, Trivets and Coasters -
Felting season is in full swing now and this year Malaika is making mittens and insoles, in addition to trivets and coasters. We will be making Michigan trivets and coasters by special order only. They are $9 each for coasters and $14 each for trivets. Email us at whitneyfarm.mi@gmail.com to put in an order. All of our wool goods are available at Argus Farm Stop, the Ann Arbor Farmers Market, and all three upcoming events which you will read about shortly!

They are $60 each and are available at Argus Farm Stop, the Ann Arbor Farmers Market and all three of the events listed below.
