Since we are currently unreachable by email or phone, we wanted to send out a quick update to let you know what's going on at the First Stop Shop today.
Over the last 10 days we have been working to move our domain name, scottfss.org, from one company to another. That transfer finally went through the end of last week. What we didn't know is that when the transfer went through, there was additional work that needed to be done on our end to make the transition seamless - therefore we have run into some issues early this week.
Currently Jo and Stacy are NOT receiving any external emails - so if you have emailed us at any time since last Friday, please know there is a very good chance we have not received it yet. We promise we are not ignoring you!
If you've tried to call either of us this morning, chances are you have not been able to get through either. The First Stop Shop is supported by the Scott County IT department and we use their phone system. The phone system is set up to work via our email addresses and since those currently aren't working, neither are our phones.
Additionally, the scottfss.org website is currently down. We are quite certain all of these are occurring because of the same issue.
We are working with Scott County IT staff to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
