What is Giving Tuesday?

Now in its 6th year, Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving back, fueled by the power of collaboration, social media, and generosity.

The Marin Musical Theatre Company is joining this worldwide movement to celebrate the 2017 Holiday Season.  Your donation will support our community outreach initiatives including workshops for local school-age children and our student tech intern program.  Let's join together in support of Giving Tuesday and give a gift that keeps on giving!

A Look Back at 2017

The Wizard of Oz &
The Pajama Game

2017 was a year of growth and development for MMTC.  We produced 2 full-scale musical theater productions, in addition to our annual A Broadway Cabaret fundraiser. 

Tech Internships

The mission of the Marin Musical Theatre Company is to share the love of theatre, song, and dance with the community through performances and workshops that encourage participation by people of all ages and levels of experience.

This year, we supported 10 Student Tech Interns ranging in age from 10-15 for both The Wizard of Oz at St. Patrick School in Larkspur, and our Summer 2017 production of The Pajama Game.  Student interns learned the art of Stage Management, Set Design, Set Build, Sound Design, Stagehand, Ushering, and Spotlight Operation. Our interns helped create our prop tables, made costume pieces, and painted sets!

Tickets are on sale now for MMTC's 3rd annual fundraiser, a Broadway Cabaret, performing December 8th & 9th at The Playhouse in San Anselmo.
