It's that time of year again! It's time for the Annual Meeting of the Home Owners. The meeting will once again be held at the Cleaner & Dryer offices at 5056 Angola Rd. (near Reynolds Road) at 7:00pm.
A final draft of the deed restriction changes along with the meeting agenda were placed in everyone's mailbox on Sunday December 3rd, 2017. Please review them before the meeting.
We truly need everyone there to make this happen for the benefit of our neighborhood and property values.

We will have a Notary at the meeting to facilitate the Deed Restrictions Amendment.
NOTE: This will be a fast paced meeting and there is a lot of new information to cover so please hold your questions and comments until the end of the meeting when we have allocated the time for this.
