2017 at the Regenda Group
What a difference a year makes...

From building new homes to acquiring new businesses, 2017 has been a very busy year at the Regenda Group.

We have entered the final stages of an ambitious three year corporate plan and started putting together our new plan ahead of its launch in 2018.

So as we say goodbye to another successful year, we thought it would be good to highlight some of our achievements and say a huge thank you to all of our partners and stakeholders.

Our 2017 developments...
Development in numbers

In 2017, the Regenda Group started on a total of 340 developments, with 173 completed this year - plus a church hall.

We have also started work on a number of new schemes, due for completion over the next three years.
Plaza 1821, Liverpool

We were granted planning permission for our flagship development, Plaza 1821.

The £20m investment is part of Peel's Liverpool Waters development and is set to be completed in 2019.

Our latest social rent development, Kinloss Road, is a mix of one and two bedroom apartments.

Recent research has found the origins of Greasby to be around 6,000 years older than Stonehenge and the Pyramids.

ICT Project Manager scoops award

Kyle Austin was named Finance Customer of the Year at Orchard’s recent award ceremony. Kyle won the award for his advanced work in eBIS workflows and development.


 
Customer Service Adviser named best in business

Caroline Short has been named Best Newcomer in the North West Call Centre Awards in Manchester.

Six members of Regenda Homes staff were nominated on the night.
FI team are HQN accredited

The Housing Quality Network has given its seal of approval to our Financial Inclusion team.

The assessor said: “It’s heartening to see an organisation going beyond traditional models of customer involvement in income management”.
