NSRP ShipScan Press Release
DotProduct selected to NSRP ShipScan Project with Ship Architects
DotProduct, Ship Architects, Inc., Bollinger Shipyards, Austal USA, BAE Systems SE, Conrad Industries, and SSI USA have all been selected by the The Executive Control Board of the National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP) to participate in ShipScan, a joint R&D project valued at $150,000. This project is part of a $2.4 million project portfolio and aims to improve the current handheld 3D scanning process in shipbuilding and to document workflows that can be easily integrated into business and engineering processes.
