Over Thanksgiving we renovated our shop to accommodate more seating and featured products- we'd love for you to check it out!
 

Give an experience this holiday season! MV WELLNESS RETREAT is happening again May 31-June 3 and Not Your Sugar Mamas will be catering the event. Ky will be offering cooking and nutrition classes and Lora will be offering meditation and yoga. The event was incredible this fall and sold out! It will be 4 days, 3 nights, all inclusive.
