Annual Book & Bake Sale
On Saturday, December 2nd from 11am-3pm, we'll be having our annual Book & Bake Sale. Low prices on books previously in the collection or donated throughout the year.
Baked goods will be accepted on the Friday before the sale or at 10am when the library opens.
Funds go to our Friends of the Library, who hosts events and help us out in lots of little ways, e.g: all the Christmas decorations currently on display!

Policy Update
DVD checkouts are now for 1 week instead of 3 days. This should make it easier for our once-a-week visitors to check out movies.
Pet dogs are welcome in the library, so long as they're kept under control by being held or leashed at all times.
Full library board minutes are available here: http://libraries.ne.gov/valley/2017/11/15/library-board-minutes-for-november-9th-2017/

Coupon Exchange
We have a simple coupon exchange basket available for public use. You're welcome to use anything in here or help keep it stocked and tidy. This is located on the brochure table between the circulation desk and the children's room.

We now have signs along the main hallway's ceiling for our book areas. These were custom made by Garren with our in-house Cameo vinyl cutter. We may have some adult programs in the future based on this crafty tech.
