Introducing Our New Brand and Phone App

Big news! The California Green Business Network has been around for a while, but our growing coalition of cities and counties has never had its own brand— until now. The new California Green Business Network logo is fresh, modern and can be co-branded with local programs. The California Green Business Network leads the state and nation in working with small to medium sized businesses to create a vibrant green economy and the new brand will make it easier to tell our story and grow!

Website Launch
In addition to a new brand and logo, the California Green Business Network website is fully refreshed and responsive. Take a look for yourself at www.greenbusinessca.org

New Smartphone App
Find businesses on the fly with our brand new smartphone application! Map view, list view, categories - it has it all. Spread the word!

This will be a great way to drive consumers to our Green Businesses so they can vote with their dollars.

Cool California Award Applications

The CoolCalifornia Small Business Awards Program recognizes businesses that integrate energy efficiency, water conservation, recycling/repurposing, and other sustainability initiatives into their daily operations. To receive recognition for your climate-friendly actions, apply for an award TODAY! Application period closes December 4, 2017.

Switch to Renewables the Easy Way

As California leads the way in transitioning to renewable sources of energy, there are two great options for businesses and consumers are unable to install their own solar or wind onsite. This is the perfect fit for businesses that leasing a facility.

Community Choice Energy (CCE)
By choosing a 100% renewable option, you'll ensure you're getting electricity from renewable sources. CCE's include: MCE Clean Energy, Sonoma Clean Power, Silicon Valley Clean Energy, Lancaster Choice Energy, and San Jose Clean Energy. Additional CCE's will kick-off in 2018.

Solar Choice
With PG&E's Solar Choice and Regional Renewable Choice programs, you have the option to purchase up to 100% of your electricity from a universal solar program generated within California. This program is available across PG&E territory!
