The deadline for submitting the final Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) to Congress data for All Persons and Veterans is TODAY, Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11:59 PM PST.
At midnight Pacific Time, communities will no longer be able to make changes to their data in the HDX. Data are considered final at this time. Although your Liaison is available through 5:00 PM, their local time, on Friday prior to the deadline, communities can still alter their data right up until the final minute of the deadline. Your Liaison will do a final review of your data submission and may contact you with questions after the data are confirmed.
After December 1st at 11:59 PM PST, all data categories will be marked as “Complete” if they were not already, and the Confirm button will appear, if it was not there already. While all users will be able to see the Confirm button, only the CoC Primary’s account in HDX will show that button as live and with authority to press it. Confirmation should be completed by December 5, 2017. After that point, the system with automatically confirm the data in order for the review team to finalize usability determinations.

To submit a question to the HDX AAQ portal, select “HDX: Homelessness Data Exchange (including PIT, HIC, and AHAR)” from the “My question is related to” dropdown list on Step 2 of the question submission process.
