We are taking part in a very sweet charity Christmas event in Dorset at Fernhill Christmas Craft Fair on December 2nd from 1 – 4.30pm. The event is in aid of CLIC Sergeant (Cancer & Leukaemia in Childhood). If you happen to be the Lyme Regis area on Saturday, do pop by and support this very worthwhile event.

Make of the Month

Toy Making tips on TV…
We had fun with the Amazing Craft kits on Hochanda TV Channel (Home of Crafts, Hobbies and Arts) again this month and, we are back again on 14th December with more toy making tips. Tip of the Month
If you have ever made a project with dark fabrics and had to mark out small pieces, you’ll know how challenging it can be. We’ve recently been using a cheap and simple way to get a crisp line by using simple sticks of chalk.

These often cost a few pence each and, with a pencil sharpener, you can get a really sharp point. As soon as it becomes blunt again, simply re-sharpen and, even if you get through your chalk stick quickly, they are so cheap that it won’t be hard on your purse.
