The Victorian Primary Care Partnerships (PCPs) are pleased to announce the launch of the Vic PCP Online Health Literacy Course. The course has been designed for Victorian health and human service organisations to build knowledge and skills in health literacy responsiveness. The course is available free of charge at www.vicpcphealthliteracycourse.com.au.
With over 1200 visits since June 2017, project partners including Deakin University, G21 and Barwon Health are pleased with the number of people utilising this online tool, which provides resources to assist health practitioners with the challenges experienced when navigating the NDIS.
