Announcement of Upcoming Schedule
We are excited about all God is doing in Austria! What an incredible time to be living in Graz and working among university students. Just this semester we have seen increased interest in University ministry across Austria, one new group has begun in Vienna, and the groups in Graz are reaching their friends, planning outreach events and looking to plant new groups on another night due to growth. It is a great time.
We have been back in Austria just over 3 years now, which means, strangely enough, it is time for us to begin planning our time in the USA.
From August 2018 until July 2019 we will be spending one school year in the US, which has adjusted our schedule a few months early, but it makes for a better transition for family and ministry. While we hate leaving Austria we know it will be a fruitful time reconnecting with partners and building new relationships for the future. We will spend the next 7 months training leaders in Graz and Vienna as we prepare to leave a strong ministry that can thrive in our absence.
What can you do to partner with us?
We will be making phone calls, scheduling services, making appointments and planning to share with small groups. We know it can be a challenge to connect even in this digital age, but we hope a little technology and planning will help. We want to connect with everyone, and be wise with our resources by scheduling appointments close together when possible. To that end could you consider some possible dates you would be able to meet with us or, if you would like, to schedule us for a service? If you could send us your top three options via a simple email we can follow up in the beginning of January via email or a phone call to confirm an appointment, even an email about when would be best to call you would help.
In addition we hope this email will serve as a reference as we contact you via telephone in January and February to connect and discuss getting together.
We are so thankful for the many churches who have partnered with us these past 14 years. We look forward to sharing with you some of the details in the coming months.
