As part of the online forms upgrade project, a new version of the ‘Make a children’s referral to Northamptonshire’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)’ online form has been launched.
To support professionals completing the form, we have added a save function so that you can return to the form if any other information required before sending it to the MASH.
The first time you complete a form you will be prompted to create an account. Professionals will no longer be able to download a completed version of the form as a pdf but any completed forms will be stored behind your logon.
Any professional wishing to make a referral can do so using via the NCC and NSCB websites as before on the links below.
