APOLLYCON 2018 EVENT UPDATE!

ANNOUNCING:
THE APOLLYCON RED CARPET EVENT!

WHAT IS IT?

It is an event that will feature a screening of the film "Never Hike Alone" which stars ApollyCon special guest, Drew Leighty! We will also play video content for Jen Armentrout's Titan series (which is what inspired ApollyCon's origins!).

The event is casual dress (come as you are!), and will feature theater style seating--which is first come, first serve.

THE FIRST 300 PEOPLE TO ENTER WILL GET A GOODIE BAG PROVIDED BY THE FILM PRODUCTION STUDIO!

WHEN IS IT?

FRIDAY EVENING from 9PM-10:30PM. NOTE: 1,001 Dark Nights (our event sponsor) has adjusted the time in which the Sparkler Event will take place Friday evening. The Sparkler will now run from 7PM-8PM.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

This event is open to TITAN, APOLLYON, and DEITY pass holders. As previously mentioned, seating will be first come, first serve.

You will NOT need a special ticket for this event if you have a Titan, Apollyon, or Deity pass. *Plan to wear your badge (TITAN & APOLLYON) or your button (DEITY) for entry to the event.

JANUARY TICKET RELEASE INFO:

ICYMI, we did our final ticket release to eligible waitlisters at the end of November. Because we anticipate more refunds/ticket cancellations to come through between now and January 1st, 2018 (which is the final day for refund requests), we are planning to re-open ticket sales JANUARY 13th, 2018 AT 7PM EST for any remaining tickets that were refunded/cancelled during that time.

NOTE: These tickets will be sold via our Eventbrite ticket page, and will be available to EVERYONE. (So in other words, the waitlist no longer applies.) At this time we do not have a final count on how many of each ticket type will be available, but we will make an announcement via our Facebook page (after January 3rd) indicating the ticket quantities.
