HIGHLIGHTS
Health and Wellbeing in Developmental Disabilities Biennial Meeting
Last month members of our team attended the Health and Wellbeing in Developmental Disabilities meeting at the Chestnut Conference Centre presenting on a variety of topics including lessons learned from improving primary care for adults with DD and caring for patients in complex care situations. We also hosted another Breakfast with H-CARDD event after a successful first year in 2015 with 50 attendees who dropped in to connect and share ideas.
