Looking Back Over a Great Year

Here we are, at the end of 2017.  This is the perfect time to evaluate the year. As you look at the activities you participated in to organize your home, your office and your life, what worked? What didn’t work? What would you like to change in a new year?

To make a life change, you need to muster up some determination, make decisions, and take action.

As I have always said,  “The Life You Crave, You Can Create!”

There is nothing more liberating than changing old, destructive habits and replacing them with new, healthy ones. I know that for sure because almost fifteen years ago I did a complete overhaul of my life. The only regret I have is that I waited so long to do so!

I want to share with you the successes SOS enjoyed in 2017.

Again this year I published several articles and programs.  I created a coaching program “Stop Procrastinating, Start Living!” for people who are struggling with disorganization and procrastination, as I believe these two problems are closely related.  This year also marked the beginning of a support group for people who want to get a grip on procrastination and this will continue in 2018.

We were excited about the opportunities to conduct several successful workshops for local organizations in the past year.  The link below will take you to one of my recent presentations.

"Why do we have clutter?"

What a joy it has been to work with  Alison Double again in 2017. She is an indispensable member of the SOS team. Her impressive knowledge of organization has led her to develop a paper and information management system. Now our clients working from a home office will experience much less stress and be more efficient as they implement her great ideas.  Congratulations Alison; we are SO proud of you!

Finally, I have been an active volunteer for the Langley Possibilities Society, raising funds for people with disabilities. I believe helping others in need is the way to grow, become confident and happy. If you are interested in volunteering or donating to Langley Pos-Abilities, send an email to Zosia Ettenberg and ask her how you could help.
