The First Lady talks with her brother Craig Robinson, ESPN analyst, about the benefits of free play when they were growing up including the challenges their athletic father had until had to deal with MS, a disease I can relate all too well as my mother struggled with it as well.
Video of the week:  MLB Commission Rob Manfred talks about sandlot baseball, importance of multi-sport participation and challenges facing sport in general.

One of my favorite sports movies is Sandlot, where a group of kids just went to a park every day and PLAYED for hours on end every day.  This is why MLB introduced their Play Ball program to help introduce kids to the true joy of baseball without the rigid structure and costs of travel ball.
