SCAS served at the international HSBC Rugby Sevens tournament in Cape Town this past weekend (For photos please see our Facebook page). We are so proud of the ten men who displayed a serving heart and great attitude throughout the weekend.
Staff news: Our project manager, Godfrey Mmagawo, is due to marry his Bloemfontein sweetheart, Boitomelo Mokgobo, on Saturday 16 December 2017. We pray for a wonderful wedding day and for a lifelong marriage filled with love, peace and joy.
Our CEO, Christo Spies, will tour South Africa during December with the Zimbabwe National Cricket Team as their Mental Performance Coach. Zimbabwe will be playing against the South African Protea team in the Boxing day test in Port Elizabeth (26-30 December 2017).
Jenene Petersen and Soph-Mari Cronje brings a new dimension to SCAS and we are excited to get involved in more women sport in 2018. Both have amazing serving hearts and display wonderful leadership capabilities.
The SCAS office will close this week and open again on Monday 8 January 2018. We are looking forward to build and expand in 2018. We sincerely hope that you will partner with us in 2018 in proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ to the world in and through sport.
