Grey County Reads is a brand new venture for Hanover! This contest includes all seven Grey County libraries. Five local celebrities will advocate for five Canadian books:
- The Back of the Turtle by Thomas King – defended by Aly Boltman
- Crow Lake by Mary Lawson – defended by Sharon Sinclair
- Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel – defended by Jenny Parsons
- The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie by Alan Bradley – defended by Rebecca Hergert
- The Wonder by Emma Donoghue – defended by Kim Peeters
One community will win $200 worth of books for their library, courtesy of Speaking Volumes Books and Audio in Flesherton. Three randomly chosen voters will win $100 worth of books. Vote often and win!
