AGBC Christmas Party – Monday, 11 December 17 – Still some seats remaining!

For our final 2017 event, we feature our AGBC Christmas Party, Wirtshaus Donisl, Weinstr. 1 (Marienplatz), on Monday, 11 December (1830-2230). We have reserved and ordered for 60 and still have about 10 seats available.

Payment should be made to the AGBC Bank Account at Münchner Bank, IBAN DE68 7019 0000 0001 0895 95. The EUR 30.00 includes a flying buffet and bottled water. Your other drinks are to be paid on a “pay as you consume” basis.

Over the years, our AGBC Christmas events have always been special ones, and this year’s will continue the trend. Come and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere at Marienplatz, before warming up inside again this year at the Donisl Wirtshaus, Munich’s 2nd oldest Wirtshaus dating from 1715, a traditional restaurant that was fully renovated during 2013-15 and relaunched in 2016. Our party will take place on the first floor (2nd floor for Americans) in the Raum Marienplatz, a room overlooking the Marienplatz Christkindlmarkt (Christmas Market).
With its focus on Bavarian and Austrian specialties, the Donisl also offers a broad range of fine wines plus Hacker-Pschorr and Paulaner Bier (with at least 4 types on tap). The Flying Buffet includes a variety of small traditional Christmas season servings plus a dessert and bottled water.
The following are the conditions for registration:
- Registration and prepayment are required by not later than Thursday, 7 December. This is essential for planning purposes for the Donisl.
- The Price of EUR 30.00 per person must be pre-paid to hold your reservation - the reservation is only valid once your payment is received. Thus: “first paid, first reserved.” Please make your payments as soon as possible. Note: As in prior years, participants will be asked to pay for their drinks and gratuities separately.
- Payment should be made to the AGBC Bank Account at the Münchner Bank, IBAN DE68 7019 0000 0001 0895 95
- Please state your last name, number of tickets being purchased – e.g.: J. Doe and M. Smith, 2 participants AGBC Christmas Party, EURO 60.00 payment.
Conditions of Cancellation: Your registration is considered binding once we have received payment. Due to our commitments to the Donisl Wirtshaus, we are unable to return pre-payments for “no-shows.”
