Vancouver International Film Festival presents Chinese filmmaker Feng Xiaogang, “Youth”, now playing until January 3rd at VIFF Vancity Theatre.

Beginning in the 1970s, “Youth” chronicles the joys and travails of a provincial military-arts troupe, soldiers in the People's Liberation Army whose duty it is to promote culture, revolutionary values, music, and dance. Feng has crafted a sweeping melodrama out of contemporary history.

Submit your maximum 3-5 page genre film outline by January 5th, 2018 and win an incubator program designed to advance your feature film project and increase your knowledge of the genre market.
