Stay Present.

It's nearly Christmas, and Winter Solstice promises more light and brighter days. A heavyweight year ~ 2017 ~ is drawing to a close.

The days and months have been rushing by. Time seems to be accelerating as we get story after world-shaking story. The collective shadow is coming up to our attention for healing.

My writing practice helps to keep me present and to suspend time since I am forced into contemplation and stillness and I can think about things deeply. The writing often takes me back to relive experiences from my past and to draw out lessons that I may not have consciously realized at the time.

Recently, I wrote about presence versus the 'presents' that are top of mind in this season. It also brings up the issue of abundance vs. lack and the scarcity mentality that can cripple us into thinking there isn't enough.

This has been a transformational year that led me to leave my career, to start this platform and to work with women on developing their inherent leadership traits. 

Getting back to writing has been a gift unto itself. Opening creative pathways that I had forgotten about. Connecting with people on deeper levels. Discovering with my authentic Self. Understanding that I can dedicate my life to a greater purpose and joyfully thrive doing it.

I wish this same level of heart-centered clarity, purpose, and meaning to you as well. Call it in!
