49er Solomon Thomas- 10 Books A Home

Our partnership with Solomon Thomas for the My Cause My Cleats program has been exciting and rewarding. Over the course of last few months we collaborated with the 49ers Foundation team to design the cleats (believe it or not they were designed by one of our four-year-old Learners, Danny), which Solomon wore to his game on December 3rd and helped his team win the game.

The cleats are up for auction, are among the most popular ones and can be yours! What's more, all funds raised at the auction will help support the mission of 10 Books Home. Consider participating and tell your friends too about it!

Bid for the cleats here!

ESPN: We are grateful for the opportunities NFL’s My Cause My Cleats campaign has brought to 10 Books A Home including ESPN's Nicholas Wagoner's article on 49er Solomon Thomas and why he chose 10 Books A Home as his cause. You can read and watch the ESPN story about Solomon and 10BH here

Recapping 2017 - Planning 2018:  Thank you for helping make 2017 the most glorious year so far for 10 Books A Home! We had big wins on many sides; we were picked as favorites by Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, 49er Solomon Thomas, San Jose Mercury News, Sereno Group, Midpeninsula Media Center Local Hero Award, and Silicon Valley Real Ventures. We are striving to constantly innovate and enhance the impact of our work. We hope that you will continue to support us.

One of our biggest priorities for the next three years will be to create new home and school programs based on our Intrinsic Learning Motivation theory. We aim to position ourselves to reach 1M high-poverty children by 2025 by diversifying the number and reach of our ILM Method programs over 2018 and 2019. Tour our facility or call us to learn more about our strategic vision and the concept of Intrinsic Learning Motivation (ILM).

Look out for our 2017 Annual Report releasing in February 2018.
