I hope you've had a great Festive Season and have had a wonderful start to your year. The PointCookChiro Team and I enjoyed our breaks with our respective families and Santa brought presents for all. We're back and we're ready to continue helping our community get healthy and stay healthy.
We have a whole bunch of events planned for you, our practice members, this year and we're kicking it off with our Upgrade Lounge: "Back To School, Back To Work" event. It's happening at 7pm, Wednesday, 24th January (prior to the Australia Day long weekend). (See below)

"Back To School, Back To Work"

Run 4 The Kids 2018
Dr Alfie has kickstarted his 2018 fitness goals by signing up for the Run 4 The Kids event on Sunday, 18th March 2018. It would be Dr. Alfie's 2nd R4K event and his first fun run since 2013.
The 15km event's course will cover the Domain Tunnel, Bolte Bridge and the heartbreaking hill that is Collins Street from the Docklands end! R4K is also a fundraising event for the Royal Children's Hospital.
We'd like to invite you to join our team and set a challenge for yourself! Whether it's your first fun run or your 300th, let's all join together to raise funds for the RCH and have a great time!!!

Detoxify from the Festive Season!

Australia Day weekend hours:
Our office will be closed on Friday, 26th January for the Australia Day public holiday.
We will be open on Thursday, 25th Jan from 9am to 7pm.
*Open usual hours (08.30-13.00) on Saturday, 27th January

Contacting Us
A practice member recently informed us that he was so busy with work that he had to get his wife, who was overseas at the time, to call the office to reschedule his chiropractic adjustment! Can you believe that? That is making the effort to ensure that we are not inconvenienced in our schedule and the practice members that can get affected.
